A server 20 receives the article information of an article in which the user is interested at the remote place, and determines a keyword on the basis of the received article information, and registers the article information and the keyword in an article information table 291, and retrieves the information related to the article information from a Web page by using the determined keyword as retrieval conditions, and registers the article information and the retrieved retrieval result in a keyword table 292, and transmits the retrieval result as information related to the article information.
