To provide a combustion device, and a heating device capable of smoothly carrying out combustion operation while minimizing power consumption.
The combustion device 1 has a combustion part 6 and a vaporization part 7. The combustion part 6 is provided with a sub heater 90 capable of heating a burner port base 60, and the vaporization part 7 is provided with a vaporizing heater 73. In the combustion device 1, when starting combustion operation in accordance with a combustion demand for carrying out the reheating operation of a bath with respect to the heating device after preheating the vaporization part 7, energization to the vaporizing heater 73 and the heating of the vaporization part 7 are carried out, but the sub heater 90 is not operated. By this, power consumption during the reheating operation wherein the consumption of electric power is concentrated can be minimized. When the reheating operation is carried out, since the combustion part 6 is heated by flame, the reliquefaction of fuel gas flowing into the burner port base 60 hardly occurs.
