To solve a problem wherein, when a processor returns from suspension/hibernation to a state in use, much time is taken to set a device and return the use state of memory, and further much time is taken when an application after return is restarted in an initializing state including hardware initialization.
When the information processor receives a suspension/hibernation request, the application during start is restarted, the application shifts to the suspension/hibernation state after executing the initialization processing except initialization processing of hardware among initialization processings. When it returns from the suspension/hibernation state, the returning processing of the information processor and then the initialization processing of the hardware is started firstly.
