To provide a method of cleaning contaminated soil not requiring for installation of a large sized apparatus on ground and solving a problem of a noise.
A high concentration oxygen water production apparatus 9 is advanced in ground and is immersed in ground water 6, and high concentration oxygen water 11 is produced by the immersed high concentration oxygen water production apparatus 9. The high concentration oxygen water 11 is fed to a microorganism in the contaminated soil 2 through the ground water 6. Thus, by immersing the high concentration oxygen water production apparatus 9 into the ground water 6, the large sized apparatus for producing the high concentration oxygen water 11 is dispensed on the ground and the problem of the noise is solved.
