To provide a sheet hydroforming product which is excellent in repeat accuracy, with which good dimensional accuracy and shaft collapse property are secured and collision energy absorptivity is improved.
This product is the sheet hydroforming product which is composed of three or more metallic sheets in which a reinforcing sheet is arranged in the intermediate part and both edge parts along the longitudinal direction or the whole peripheral part is lap-welded and out-of-plane deformed part is formed in the reinforcing sheet when observing a cross-sectional shape in a rectangular face in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, in the sheet hydroforming product, the method for hydroforming a sheet and the apparatus for hydroforming the sheet and the sheet hydroforming apparatus using the same, the out-of-plane deformation formed the reinforcing sheet can be formed by press working or a bulging work by hydroforming.
