A green tire 1' is molded in a prescribed product shape by vulcanizing the green tire 1' while pressurizing it from the inside of the green tire 1' by a bladder 37 by sticking a rubber patch 25 on the surface of an inner liner 23 in the green tire 1' and sticking a spacer 31 on the surface of the inner liner 23 in the green tire 1' so that the rubber patch 25 is held in a holding recess 33 formed in the spacer 31. The rubber patch 25 is adhered to the surface of the inner liner 23 by a crosslink reaction, and the spacer 31 is removed from the inner liner 23.
