To provide a spout which maintains prescribed mechanical strength to prevent a partial deformation and provides superior sealability and adhesiveness, thus maintains fine product yield and provides superior properties in the aspect of hygiene and economy in a process of welding/fixing the spout to a synthetic resin sheet.

The spout 10 comprises a liquid material-dispensing cylinder 12 of a synthetic resin container 11 that holds a liquid material, a container welding part 13 which is formed on the lower outer peripheral surface of the spout cylinder 12 and has a welding surface 13a to which an opening 11a is fixed, and a collar 14 which is formed on the top of the container welding part 13 and receives the upper end of the opening 11a. The welding surface 13a of the container welding part 13 is provided with a number of bored recessions 15 of a circular, elliptic, or polygonal shape, and the recessions 15 are welded and fixed to the opening 11a of the synthetic resin container 11.
