The information processing method in the heartbeat fluctuation detector comprises: a process (S505, S507) of detecting the heartbeat of the person to be measured and calculating Lorenz plot data; a process (S509) of calculating a fluctuation degree on the basis of the Lorenz plot data; a process (S511) of calculating the difference of body temperatures in a low temperature period and in a high temperature period in the past including the body temperature of the person to be measured detected within prescribed time; a process (S512) of detecting the electroencephalogram of the person to be measured and detecting a comfort degree on the basis of the electroencephalogram, a heart rate per unit time of the detected heartbeat and the fluctuation degree; and a process (S513) of judging the health condition of the person to be measured on the basis of the fluctuation degree, the difference of the body temperatures and the comfort degree.
