An encryption function acquired at an encryption function acquiring section 102 for data acquired at a data acquiring section 101 is applied at a data encryption section 103 to generate encrypted data. Based on the encrypted data thus generated and a decryption function acquired at a decryption function acquiring section 104, integration data not including information indicative of the decryption function directly are generated. The case of "not including information indicative of the decryption function directly" includes such a case as the decryption function is decrypted and added to the integration data.
