To provide a digital camera for construction photography, which has a function of easily specifying the same position and angle as those at which the previous shooting was carried out.

When shooting before carrying out construction, shooting position data obtained by a GPS receiver 10 and camera angle (azimuth) data obtained by a gyro function 14 are recorded on a memory card 7 along with image data. When shooting during carrying out the next construction, the camera is moved so that shooting position data read out from the memory card 7 matches current shooting position data obtained by the GPS receiver 10, and the camera is rotated so that the camera angle detected by the gyro function 14 matches angle data read out from the memory card 7. As a result, the camera can be easily set to the same position and angle as those in carrying out the previous construction.
