Abstract:
To provide a reflow device capable of efficiently raising the temperature of atmosphere gas extracted from a reflow furnace to a high value on which a catalyst acts.
A gas decomposition part 38 is composed of a catalyst pipe 42, and a heating part 43 heating an atmosphere gas passing therethrough. The heating part 43 is turned on when a predetermined time period elapses after heating in the furnace is started by turning on a main switch in the reflow furnace, and the atmosphere gas is heated to a predetermined temperature (for instance, around 200°C).
