Abstract:

To minimize fuel usage by effectively utilizing a furnace exhaust gas in a heating furnace.

This combustion control method of a heat storage type burner heating furnace where a PB rate as a coefficient of an exhaust gas suction amount set expression to a heat storage body of the burner, is changed, and an exhaust gas suction amount to the heat storage body is controlled on the basis of an exhaust gas suction amount set value calculated by using the PB rate, comprises a process 1 for measuring a preheating combustion air temperature of the burner by every switching cycle of the burner, and determining a saturated state only when a state that a moving average value of a plurality of temperature differences is within a specific temperature, is continued by the predetermined number of times or more, and a process 2 for fixing the PB rate when the difference between the preheating combustion air temperature in determining the saturated state and the temperature in determining the last saturated state is within a specific temperature deviation. Further the PB rate is increased by a value of a specific ratio to control the exhaust gas suction amount to the heat storage body, when the difference between the preheating combustion air temperature in determining the saturated state and the temperature in determining the last saturated state is over the specific temperature deviation.
