The affiliate link is set with position designation information for the affiliate program for designating an acquisition position of the transaction screen information correspondingly to the plurality of kinds of the terminal devices. When the affiliate link is selected by a user, browsing request information of the transaction screen information transmitted from the terminal device in a state that the position designation information is included is received, the kind of the terminal device is distinguished based on the browsing request information, kind-classified position designation information corresponding to the kind of the terminal device is generated based on the position designation information included in the browsing request information, and acquisition instruction information for instructing to acquire the transaction screen information from a position designated by the kind-classified position designation information is transmitted to the terminal device in a state that the kind-classified position designation information is included.
