The operation support device 10 is configured to, when it is possible for the operator of its own vehicle to avoid the obstacle by changing the route, make the operator of its own vehicle to guide the avoiding operation by a display 28 and a warning device 30, and to, when it is not possible for the operator of its own vehicle to avoid the obstacle by changing the route, make a vehicle controller 40 of its own vehicle support the avoiding operation of its own vehicle to avoid the collision with the obstacle.
