Abstract:
To reduce an influence of a terminal device which moves fast.
The base station device 10 generates a frame by time multiplexing of a plurality of time slots while generating time slots by frequency multiplexing of a plurality of subchannels. A communication quality decision unit 34 detects the extent of variation of a radio transmission line to a terminal device. A time slot specifying unit 36 specifies one of the plurality of time slots forming the frame according to the detected extent of variation. A radio resource allocating unit 38 allocates at least one of the plurality of subchannels forming the specified time slot to the terminal device.
