Abstract:
To provide a voice transmission system capable of improving a reproducibility of voice, while suppressing generation of abnormal sound caused by an transmission error.
The voice transmission system is equipped with a plurality of terminal devices 2 including: a first difference calculation means 36 for calculating an absolute value Akof difference between a quantization value Qkof a sample point Skof a digital voice signal, and a quantization value Qk-1of a previous sample point Sk-1; a compensation reference value calculation means 37 for calculating a maximum value M of the absolute value Ak, and an average value V for one voice frame in which a voice data made by a coded digital voice signal is divided on a time axis; a transmission means 34 for transmitting a packet including the voice frame, the maximum value M and the average value; a receiving means 42 for receiving the packet; an abnormal sound coping processing means 45 for compensating the quantization value Qkof the sample point Skin which the absolute value Akcalculated by the digital voice signal in which the voice frame of the received packet is decoded, exceeds the maximum value M, to a quantization value Qk' in which the absolute value Akequals to the average value V with the same positive and negative difference.
