Abstract:
To improve efficiency of information distribution in an organization for improved business efficiency, by reducing possibility of leakage of information to the outside for assured security, while allowing electronic viewing of large amount and various information.
The source information in varying file formats is converted into an electronic document of unified format by an information reception/conversion processing part 32 on the side of an electronic document server unit 10, and is preserved in a standardized information storage part 17. The preserved electronic document is transferred in units of pages for viewing, to a client unit 5 by a viewing process part 35.
