A cellphone 1 has a reinforcing frame 31 provided in a first case 2; a trim plate 35 fixed to the reinforcing frame 31 and arranged in a case opening 23h and a panel opening 23h; a sensor substrate 39 provided at the reinforcing frame 31 and having a substrate opening 39h through which the trim plate 35 is inserted; a touch sensor electrode 47 provided at the sensor substrate 39; a key sheet 41 covering the touch sensor electrode 47; and an annular ring key 7 exposed from the case opening 23h and the panel opening 25h. The key sheet 41 has an annular clamped part 41c clamped between a rear case 23 and a decorative panel 25 and surrounding the case opening 23h and the panel opening 25h, and an annular contact part 41d abutting on the sensor substrate 39 in an inner peripheral side position rather than the touch sensor electrode 47 to surround the substrate opening 39h.
