To provide a toilet ventilation/sound-insulating structure and a ventilating/sound-insulating structure, which can surely prevent the leakage of a sound to the outside during use in a light burden.

This ventilation/sound-insulating structure is applied, for example, to a toilet. A ventilation hole 4 communicating with an adjacent room 3 is provided in a toilet room 1 which is provided with an air outlet for ventilation, and an opening/closing material 6 for opening/closing the ventilation hole 4 is provided. In a ventilation state in which the vent hole 4 is opened, when the closed door 2 is opened and closed, the ventilation hole 4 is closed with the opening/closing material 6 so as to bring about a sound-insulated state. Subsequently, when the door 2 is opened and closed, the ventilation hole 4 is opened to bring about the ventilation state.
