To provide a vehicular seat adjustment device capable of making the device compact.

The vehicular seat adjustment device is provided with an input side member 24 connected with an operation lever 12 and pivotally supported on an output shaft 22; a control member 32 arranged at an outer side in a radial direction of the input side member 24; a first clutch part 41 capable of transmitting operation force of the operation lever 12 from the input side member 24 to the control member 32 at operation of the operation lever 12 and releasing transmission of the force of the input side member 24 and the control member 32 at returning of the operation lever 12; and a second clutch part 42 capable of transmitting the operation force of the operation lever 12 from the control member 32 to the output shaft 22 at driving operation of the operation lever 12 and restricting turning of the output shaft 22 at the time other than the driving operation of the operation lever 12.
