Abstract:

To quickly perform regular collection of meter-reading data from the unit wattmeter of each house, and to rapidly control open loads or the like in a feeding surveillance control system enabling remote meter reading.

Under normal conditions, meter-reading data from unit wattmeters T1-1, T1-2, ... and the like at a terminal side are successively merged to those at upper unit wattmeters T2-1, T2-2, ... and the like for data collection in a server device 1 from gateways GWa, GWb. In emergency, for example, for transmitting omitted meter-reading data and controlling power supply and power cut following entering and leaving, the unit wattmeter T1-12 jumps for transmission and reception via a unit wattmeter T3-12 in a reachable range, thus regularly and quickly performing the regular collection of meter-reading data and the distribution of control data, and speedily transmitting data in emergency and abnormality.
