To provide a photovoltaic power generator in which the work for pulling up a solar cell panel can be carried out while saving power, and the solar cell panel can be contained compactly.

A solar cell panel 2 having an upper surface arranged with a solar cell module is provided on two sides thereof with hinge metals 4, respectively, and two adjacent solar cell panels 2 are coupled by the hinge metals 4 so that they can be contained while being folded and can be developed. The solar cell panels 2 coupled by the hinge metals 4 are provided, on respective open sides thereof, with floats 5 so that they can be developed on the water surface. A power jumper wire is arranged at the coupling portion by the hinge metals 4 such that the plus and minus poles of the solar cell panels 2 thus coupled can be connected electrically by the power jumper wire.
