To provide technology for recommending a related query not having a lot of problems of noise or a processing load by extracting the related query based on a summary sentence and a title of a document.
In a Web page retrieval system inputting a query and retrieving a Web page, this Web page retrieval server has: a word extraction means extracting a word included in information that is information related to a Web page selected by a user among candidates of a plurality of Web pages presented after execution of the retrieval, displayed on a screen of a terminal used by the user for the selection; a correlation degree recording means recording a correlation degree between the query inputted so as to perform the retrieval and the extracted word; a recommendation query extraction means extracting recommendation query based on the correlation degree when the query is inputted; and a recommendation query transmission means transmitting the extracted recommendation query to the terminal used by the user.
