A terminal unit comprises a means for transmitting presentation information request information to an information providing device, and a means for presenting presentation information transmitted from the information providing device. The information providing device comprises a database for registering registered information indicating the registered situation of the user in each of first service and second service of performing the account settlement of the price to be paid in a transaction instead of the user, in association with the identification information of the user; a means for receiving the transmitted presentation information request information; a means for acquiring the identification information included in the received presentation information request information; and a discriminating means for discriminating the registered situation of the user in each of the first service and second service based on the registered information registered in the database in association with the acquired identification information.
