A video data storage device 110 includes a video data memory 534 which memorizes video data containing a duplicate restriction, a video management memory 533 which memorizes the video data containing the duplicate restriction memorized in the video data memory 534 and the number of duplicate times showing the number of times which can duplicate the relevant video data containing the duplicate restriction by correlating them, a receiving control unit 615 which receives the video data containing the duplicate restriction, a discrimination unit 611 which discriminates whether the video data containing the duplicate restriction memorized in the video data memory 534 is identical with the video data containing the duplicate restriction received by the receiving control unit 615, a number-of-times increase control unit 621 which increases the number of duplicate times corresponding to the video data containing the duplicate restriction discriminated to be identical, when discriminated to be identical by the discrimination unit 611, and a received data erase unit 613 which erases the received video data containing the duplicate restriction, when discriminated to be identical.
