To improve greatly accuracy of measured data and rapidity of a work by reducing artificial errors by reducing man-hours of workers, when measured data of many measuring object apparatuses constituting a large-scale system are desired to be acquired.
An RFID tag 102 for recording the history of an insulation resistance value of a breaker 101 of a distribution board 100 is attached to each breaker 101. An insulation resistance measuring device 1 is equipped with probes 11, 12 for measuring the insulation resistance value of the breaker 101 and a measuring device input output I/F part 21, and an RFID reader writer 2 for reading the insulation resistance value recorded in the RFID tag 102 and writing the insulation resistance value measured by the probes 11, 12 into the RFID tag 102. After measuring the insulation resistance value, the insulation resistance measuring device 1 allows the RFID reader writer 2 to record the new insulation resistance value measured by the probes 11, 12 into the RFID tag 102.
