Abstract:
To provide an illumination device and its connecting method, wherein brightness unevenness and brightness reduction or the like are avoided when a panel for illumination of a large area is formed by connecting organic EL panels in a plurality of numbers of sheets.
Even in the case of the illumination device in which the organic EL panels equipped with a connecting terminal for supplying a power supply are connected in the plurality of numbers of sheets, since a lead wire to supply to each is installed exclusively from the power supply, the brightness unevenness can be suppressed to the minimum since a voltage drop due to resistance (sheet resistance) of an anode layer is suppressed.
