To provide a hinge mounting structure of a cold insulation storage door capable of securely and positively mounting a hinge on a door panel with good workability and suppressing heat leak to the minimum.

A resin spacer 2 having nuts 4, 5 embedded therein at both ends in the longitudinal direction is inserted into a through-hole 9 of the door panel 10. A metal plate 3, composed of a rotation stopping projection 3b engaged with one end of the resin spacer 2 in the longitudinal direction, is abutted on an inner plate 7 of the door panel 10, and the rotation stopping projection 3b is engaged with one end of the spacer 2. The hinge 1 is abutted on an outer plate 8 of the door panel 10, and the hinge 1 and bolts 12, 13 inserted into the metal panel 3 are screwed in each of the nuts 4, 5 embedded in the resin spacer 2, to thereby mount the hinge 1 on the door panel 10.
