To provide a feed carrying device enabling the saving of time and labor for carrying feed between a farm and a feed manufacturing plant by a feed carrying vehicle for dividing into small divisions, capable of preventing the number of feed carrying vehicles for dividing into small divisions from being increased, and capable of easily transshipping feed to a feed carrying vehicle.

This method of carrying feed comprises the feed container loading step of loading the feed manufactured in a feed manufacturing plant in a feed container, a feed container carrying step of carrying the feed container from a feed manufacturing plant to a distribution base by a trailer, the feed container raising step of tilting the feed container and securing it to the feed carrying device installed in the delivery base, the trailer separating step of separating the trailer from the feed container, the feed transshipping step of dividing feed into small divisions and transshipping them from the feed container onto the feed carrying vehicle, the feed delivering step of carrying the feed into the farm by the feed carrying vehicle, and the feed container unloading step of carrying the feed container from the delivery base into the feed manufacturing plant by the trailer.
