To provide a label separator for PET bottles, by which chances of peeling off labels in all directions are increased, and labels are surely, simply and quickly separated, a large amount of PET bottles are efficiently processed, and movement of PET bottles and peeling performance are surely and easily controlled, whose handling and maintenance are facilitated, which has a simple structure, is compact, is suitable for mass-production, and is cost effective.

The label separator includes a casing 10, an inner rotating body 20, and an outer rotating body 30. The inner rotating body 20 is composed of a rotary shaft 21 and a plurality of stripping blades 22, wherein the stripping blades 22 are provided with a number of sharp parts 26. The outer rotating body 30 is composed of a pair of boss bodies 31 and a spiral belt-like ribbon screw 35. The ribbon screw 35 is formed so as to deliver PET bottles from a throw-in port 14 side to a discharge port 15 side, PET bottles are pushed up along the inner circumferential wall surface of the casing 10 by means of a push-up projecting piece 37 and dropped on the inner rotating body 20.
