To provide a technique capable of obtaining the circularity of a through-hole in a high level when manufacturing a urethane belt with projection as an urethane belt with the projection having a through-hole in the rear face of the belt.

In the urethane belt 1 with projection as the urethane belt with the projection 3 having a through-hole 2 in the rear face 4 of the belt, a tube 15 (a cylindrical elastomer) is fixedly stuck to the rear face 4 of the belt. According to this method, the tube 15, in which the circularity of the through-hole 2 includes already been achived in a high level, is utilized, thereby obtaining the circularity of the through-hole 2 in a higher level as compared to the case of forming the through-hole 2 by using a tool such as a drill or a cone, for example.
