When a converter ECU76 of a VCU77 is not in operation at a V2 control mode (a mode for driving a DC/DC converter 74 based on a secondary voltage target value V2tar), a motor output limiting value Pmot_lim is set so as to be less than a value of a sum of an assist output Pasi (a present output of a battery unit 60) and an FC allowable maximum output Pfc_max (an allowable maximum output of an FC 42) deducted by a first auxiliary unit power consumption Pau1 (a power consumption of an air-compressor 46). As a result, a shortage of an output of the battery unit 60 is prevented from being compensated exceeding the FC allowable maximum output Pfc_max and a degradation or damage of the FC42 can be prevented.
