Abstract:
Disclosed is an illuminating device which is provided with: light emitting panels, each of which has power receiving electrodes; a standby region (A1) having therein the light emitting panels in a standby state prior to having the panels emit light; the light emitting region (A2), which supports the edge portion of each of the light emitting panels from the lower surface side, has power supply electrodes (401, 402) that are in contact with the power receiving electrodes, and makes each of the light emitting panels emit light; a placing region (A3) for placing the light emitting panels that have emitted light; a first transfer device (300A) which transfers each of the light emitting panels positioned in the standby region (A1) to the light emitting region (A2); and a second transfer device (300B) which transfers each of the light emitting panels (100) positioned in the light emitting region (A2) to the placing region (A3).
