To provide a screen changing device, which can change a screen arrangement for every block of a web page inherently difficult to change its screen arrangement, without depending on a server.

The screen change device has a plurality of means as follows: a sectioning means 10 for sectioning a group of squired elements into a unit block in a browser display; a change receiving means 20 for receiving an arrangement change operation for each block in each block unit; a rewriting store means 40 for storing a changed content with its URL, which rewrites the identifier ID, within a change storing means 45 by responding to the arrangement change operation; and a reflecting means 50 for reflecting the changed content in order to match an access destination URL for a web browser B and its URL, which are read from the change storing means 45 and reflected in a web page data by responding to the access destination URL.
