Abstract:
The invention supplies a revolving electrode tip device, which will leave the trace with poor appearance on the surface of the face electrode of the chip shaped electronic part. The electrode tip (4) for contacting the face electrode of the chip shaped electronic part (40) to check the electrical specification is cylindrical; the electrode tip (4) for checking is revolved by taking the cylindrical centre as the revolving centre, to make the face electrode of the chip shaped electronic part (40) contact with the cylindrical surrounding of the revolving electrode tip (4) for checking. The revolving speed of the electrode tip (4) for checking is the same as the speed when the face electrode of the chip shaped electronic part (40) sent by the checking device in order contacts with the electrode tip (4) for checking.
