Abstract:
A heat treatment method and a connection structure in a press-fit connection of element members forming a metal element part capable of developing excellent corrosive resistance and pressure resistance. A second member is pressed into the hole of a first member with a prescribed pressure, a current is applied across these both members to generate an electrical resistance heat at a connection part therebetween, and the second member is press-fitted into the hole part so as to form a connection boundary surface in a connection surface part between the second member and the inner wall surface part of the hole part so that the press-fit connection is brought into the state of solid phase. The connection part by the press-fit connection is heated, held, and tempered to disperse and dissipate the connection part, and the metallographic structures of both members connected to each other by the press-fit connection at the connection part are integrally formed or homogenized.
