Abstract:
The gluing device has a glue application device (10) with two adjacent spaced-out application rolls (11, 12). An adjustable traction transmission (15) is fitted between the conveyor (6) and the application rolls. This stagelessly alters the relative position between a saddle plate (5) and the position of the rubbing on device to set the rolls correctly for the shape and position of the fold in the book block.
