To provide a raw tire holder 100 that holds a raw tire in the predetermined shape of the tire, also, contributes to improvement of working efficiency and achieves a reduction in the manufacturing cost of a pneumatic tire.
The raw tire holder 100 includes: a placing part 110 where the raw tire 20 is placed in a horizontal state; a plurality of support parts 120 disposed in the tire radius direction of the raw tire 20 placed on the placing part 110, and extending toward the upper part of the placing part 110 from the placing part 110; and locking parts 130 each disposed on the support part 120, for locking the inner end 11 in the tire radius direction of an upper bead 10A located on the upper side among a pair of beads 10. The locking part 130 is connected to the support part 120 in a position higher than the upper bead 10A and holds the raw tire 20 in a state that the raw tire 20 is molded so that the inner end 11 in the tire radius direction does not deform downward.
