A disclosure rule setting support program 132 controls a display device 20 to make a disclosure rule setting screen display. The disclosure rule setting screen receives input of a kind and a source of the life log information as a disclosure rule setting target, and a time zone. Furthermore, an information disclosure support apparatus calculates evaluation values expressing setting priority, in a disclosure rule concerning the life log information corresponding to the input kind, source, and time zone, on the basis of "incidence rate" expressing the frequency of its occurrence and "latest rate" expressing closeness with respect to time at which the disclosure rule is set, arranges the life-log information in the order of the calculated evaluation value, to display it on the disclosure rule setting screen, and makes the user set and input a disclosure rule.
