Abstract:
The column has two linear drives (2, 3) functionally connected in series in an actuating direction (1) and arranged side by side in an antiparallel manner. Each drive has an inner element (6) that extends relative to a corresponding outer element (5) for hydraulically adjusting height of a medical treatment table. The inner elements are functionally connected with one another over a coupling part (7), where the coupling part has guiding surfaces that cooperate with the outer elements in the direction. The surfaces are provided with slide bearing materials i.e. plastic.
