To obtain an advanced security management system in which data for biological authentication for confirming a worker himself/herself is limited for a very short time without preventing other persons from knowing the actual time of unlocking and which is downloaded to a terminal device from a management center, or the like at a remote place.
The security management system connects a computer system 1 of a security company, a computer system 2 of a management center and a computer system (locking unit 300 for unlocking or locking an ATM 5 of store) of a specific facility by a communication network, wherein the computer system 2 of the management center transmits biological information of an operator when an unlocking request is within an operation allowable time created in advance for an individual operator upon receiving the unlocking request from the computer system of the specific facility to unlock a specific apparatus when input biological information coincides with registered biological information.
