Abstract:
The present invention provides a pull-in mechanism wherein even a change of relative position between associated engaging members can be absorbed so as to maintain good operation, thereby an occurrence of error action is prevented and the reliability thereof is promoted. The pull-in mechanism comprises a striker 33 provided onto either one of a stationary body 9 and a movable body 8 movably supported onto the stationary body 9, a catcher 5 provided onto the other one and detachably engaging with the striker 33 at a specific movement position, and an exerting means S thereby the exertion force can be stored during the movement of the movable body, and in the state that the striker 33 and catcher 5 are in engagement, the movable body can be pulled-in by way of the exertion force stored in the exerting means S. The pull-in mechanism has a guide means 7 for regulating the relative position of the striker 33 and catcher 5. When the relative position of the striker and catcher changes, the change can be absorbed by the guide means 7 to make the striker and the catcher engageable.
