Abstract:
It is purposed to provide an easy-to-manufacture fuel cell with long-lasting effectiveness that is capable of separating and discharging offgas and liquid in a porous body. The fuel cell includes: a first discharge means that connects an inlet of a discharge flow path (16) directly to a porous body (12) so as to cause liquid in the porous body (12) and liquid in the discharge flow path 16 to be continuous, thereby discharging the liquid in preference to the offgas; and a second discharge means that connects an inlet of a discharge flow path (16) to the porous body (12) via a hollow portion (19) of a predetermined size so as to prevent liquid in the porous body (12) and liquid in the discharge flow path (16) from becoming continuous, thereby discharging the offgas in preference to the liquid.
