Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion element having a more excellent performance index by stabilizing the composition of a product furthermore.
The method of manufacturing the thermoelectric conversion element includes a step of obtaining composite particles by drying a particulate matter produced by dripping first strong alkaline solution containing a reducing agent and ceramic particles into second strong acid solution containing a salt of an element composing a thermoelectric conversion material, and a step of obtaining a thermoelectric conversion element by sintering the composite particles.
