To provide a point using system which contributes to planned article laying in stock and production by strengthening connections between points and articles to promote purchase of specific articles using the points and allows a store to obtain a cash income at early timing, in a system which supplies a part of a salary as points and allows articles or the like to be purchased from a specific store by using the points.

The point using system comprises: a point server device including a means which accepts input of information of a predeterminate article to be purchased, a means which receives execution information of transfer processing corresponding to a partial amount of the salary to be transferred, a means which generates points showing article exchange authority at a prescribed store in accordance with received execution information and information of the predeterminate article to be purchased, a means which transmits generated points in response to reception of point request information, etc.; and a user terminal device including a means which receives points from the point server device in accordance with point request information, a means which outputs points for article exchange, etc.
