To solve a problem wherein LPG is fuel which is by-product during crude refining, greatly cheaper than gasoline, less in carbon monoxide and more than enough at present in a world, but it may not be usable in a cold region because its pressure is variable at an outside air temperature and procedures for using it taken out of a cylinder are rarely established.
When a boiling point is lower and vapor pressure in the LPG cylinder disappears, a starting auxiliary cylinder filled with LPG in amount enough for warn-up operation of an internal combustion engine is heated by a concurrent heater and its battery to actually operate the internal combustion engine while using a hot water heater with hot water in the internal combustion engine for recovering vapor pressure in the main LPG cylinder in any case. The effective use actualizes clean energy as a next-generation leading source to prevent global warming.
