To facilitate ejection of a circular plate body to outside a unit by housing inside a circular plate body housing portion provided on a disk by eliminating self-standing of an individual coin by preventing a phenomenon of overlaid and stacked circular plate bodies which impedes ejection to the outside of the unit due to the stacked state of a plurality of circular plate bodies in a lump, without complicating the structure or causing a locked disk drive motor, in a disk body storage unit having a function of ejecting a plurality of circular plate bodies such as coins, medals and tokens housed in a hopper one by one to the outside.
A circular plate body stocker unit includes a disk 10 being disposed on the base portion of a hopper 3, pivotably supported in a rotatable manner around a center axis portion, and having a circular plate body housing portion 12 for housing circular plate bodies C one by one on the upper face of the disk; and an ejection mechanism for ejecting the circular plate bodies housed inside the circular plate body housing portion. On the upper face of the disk, there is provided a protrusion 13 capable of abutting on the bottom portion of the circular plate body in a self-standing state. On the side wall of the hopper, there is formed a recess or a hole 5, receiving the end rim of the circular plate body in a self-standing state on the outer circumference side, so as to rotatably support the overall circular plate bodies in the vertical direction with the fulcrum of a portion of the end rim on the outer circumference side.
