Title:
締結体構造
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5099548
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
A fastening body structure (1) having a screw member (4) which uses a module screw (2) having a countersunk head and also uses, together with the module screw (2), a washer (3) made of a shape memory alloy. With this structure, the washer (3) does not expand even if subjected to large fastening force in fastening of a part to be fastened and in which the washer (3) can be easily removed when the screw fastening is released. The fastening body structure (1) fastens and fixes a desired part to the installation section (20) by using the screw member (4) having the module screw (2) and the washer (3) made of a shape memory alloy. The module screw (2) has a male screw (2d) used as a pair with a female screw thread section formed in the installation section (20), and also has the countersunk head. The washer (3) made of a shape memory alloy has an inner diameter corresponding to the module screw (2). An irregular surface section (5) is formed on a slope surface (2b) at the lower part of the head (2a) of the module screw (2) or on that surface of the washer (3) makes contact with the screw (2).
