Abstract:
To provide a method for forming a longitudinal member providing an excellent working efficiency and less product variability.
The method for forming the longitudinal member includes a step of cutting the continuously formed plastic longitudinal member to a predetermined size to obtain the longitudinal member with the predetermined size, wherein the rear side cut surface of the longitudinal member cut to the predetermined size is inspected by an inspection apparatus, and the members which do not conform to the specification are rejected together with the next longitudinal member after being cut and are combined by bundling a plurality of holes, aligned in a line or piled up like a tower.
