To provide communication of high quality of fewer delays by reducing transmission process delays on the terminal side in an uplink.
In a communication system, a frame is composed by being divided into a downlink area and an uplink area; a base station allocates a communication slot used for downlink transmission and a communication slot used for uplink reception and transmits them as downlink map information and uplink map information to a terminal respectively; and the terminal receives the downlink map information and the uplink map information and uses the communication slots shown by the respective map information items to receive the downlink and transmit the uplink. The base station capsulates the uplink map information to be allocated to a connection set between itself and the terminal to the communication slot of the downlink allocated by the downlink map information and stores it.
